Border Police caught an Israeli-Arab trying to bring 19 Palestinian Authority Arabs into Israel's pre-1967 borders illegally.

The man was found to have a bright signal light he would use to alert the illegals that the coast was clear in order to bypass the Naalim Checkpoint.

The Israeli-Arab driver, as well as the illegals, were arrested.
