Arabs: IDF Nabbed Terrorist Who was Pardoned (IsraelNN.com) The IDF arrested a terrorist in Tul Karem whose name was among the list of terrorists who received pardons and were taken off the list of fugitives, Arab sources said. The terrorist, Abu Usam, 45, was pardoned on July 19, 2007. The terrorist's name has been reported only as Abu Usam. He was wanted by Israel since 2001 but managed to survive several attempted arrests and eliminations by the IDF.
