The IDF arrested an Arab Wednesday evening who had been throwing rocks at the security fence near Dir Kadis, to the north and west of Ramallah.

An IDF force which was combing the area identified the Arab rock thrower, arrested him and handed him over to Shabak (General Security Service) interrogation.
