State Comptroller Micha Lindenstrauss released the 2007 Annual Report Wednesday.  In all, 9749 complaints were filed against government bodies.

More than 10 percent of all complaints were filed against the National Insurance Institute. Other institutions with multiple appearances on the list included the Israel Police, courts, and the justice, finance and interior ministries.
