Syria has enlisted many of its reservists and is conducting large-scale army exercises in preparation for a possible war with Israel, according to Al-Quds Al-Arabi.  Syrian sources quoted in the London-based paper said they were preparing for an Israeli attack on Syria and Hizbullah.

The Syrian sources said they saw recent IDF exercises as a threat.  They accused Israeli leaders of inciting the public against Syria and “attempting to prepare the Israeli and international public for a large war against Syria.”
