Border Police Foil Illegal Entry Attempt
(IsraelNN.com) Border Police officers caught an Arab resident of Jerusalem late on Thursday night as he attempted to bring 18 Palestinian Authority Arabs into the city illegally. The man was dressed as an IDF soldier and was driving a military-style vehicle.
Police stopped the driver at a checkpoint near Maaleh Adumim. While checking the vehicle, they found the 18 would-be illegal entrants hiding in the back. The men were arrested. The 18 passengers will be released to PA controlled areas, and the driver will face charges.
