Five families from the destroyed Gush Katif town of Moraf have been granted new caravan homes in the community of Teneh Omarim in the south Hevron Hills.
Defense Minister Ehud Barak approved the transfer of the five mobile homes to the community, and the move was completed with concordant okay from the Civil Administration. The minister's aide on "settlement issues" said the mobile homes "were approved for transport and placement within an area that has a valid construction plan for lots intended for [permament] housing."
