Russian policy vis a vis Egypt will change little with the entry of incoming President Dmitry Medvedev, according to his mentor, outgoing President Vladimir Putin.

Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak was reassured Tuesday in a meeting with Putin that Medvedev would change little in Russia’s foreign policy relations with Egypt.
