Israel has given Jordan the decades-old remains of a Jordanian citizen, according to Jordan’s Petra news agency.  The remains belong to a soldier who fell in the Six Day War of 1967.

Officials reportedly transferred the remains at the Allenby Bridge on the Jordanian border.  A Palestinian Authority paper identified the deceased soldier as Mohammed Mahmoud of Ramtha.
