A 13-year-old Arab boy with Israeli citizenship was arrested Tuesday for throwing rocks at Jewish cars on a major highway in the Galilee.
Galilee roads have become increasingly dangerous for Jewish drivers in recent weeks as Arab citizens of Israel have joined violent protests by PA Arabs.
