Tens of thousands of Jews, intoxicated and happy in celebration of Purim, stumbled through the streets of Jerusalem, Haifa, Tel Aviv, Tzfat, Hevron and hundreds of other Jewish communities Friday.

The Jews usually sang, danced, made silly comments and unnecessary telephone calls and eventually collapsed in a semi-stupor in their homes and study halls, in public parks and in the streets of the Jewish State.
