Security forces foiled a planned terror attack on Jewish residents of Samaria on Thursday.  The attack was to take place near the town of Eli.

Forces noticed two Arab men near a local bus stop and approached them.  When the Arab men spotted the force, they dumped a bag into nearby bushes and ran.  Inside the bag security forces found homemade weapons that were apparently meant to be used in a stabbing attack.
