Terror Alerts Force Limits on Arab Traffic before Purim

(IsraelNN.com) The Defense Ministry ordered a general closure on Arab traffic in Judea, Samaria and Gaza effective at midnight Tuesday, earlier than usual before the Purim holiday. The extra days were added because of alerts of possible terror attacks in addition to fears of Arab revenge towards the 40th day since the assassaintion of Hizbullah terrorist Imad Mughniyeh.
The closure will be lifted midnight Saturday, although Purim parades will take place in Jerusalem on Sunday. Commercial crossings will remain open for supplies into the affected areas.
