Merkaz HaRav PR Man Mor-Yosef Apologizes to R' Druckman (IsraelNN.com) Yehoshua Mor-Yosef, formerly of the Yesha Council and involved with PR efforts in favor of the Disengagement for the Foreign Ministry, has issued an apology to Kiryat Motzkin Chief Rabbi David Druckman for statements he made on behalf of Yeshivat Merkaz HaRav. Mor-Yosef had commented on posters signed by the rabbi and others posted around Jerusalem praising vengeance as a response to injustice. "Imbeciles!" Mor-Yosef had said. He now explains that he was refering to those who would hang the signs near the yeshiva while the institution was fighting to clear its name due to a Channel 1 report that its rabbis had approved revenge attacks. "I did not use the word 'rabbis' and was not referring to the content of the posters," Mor-Yosef said. ![]() Sign up to receive the Daily Israel Report by email (Free) © IsraelNN Syndications - This article may not be republished freely.
