Master Sergeant Yigal Cohen who was killed by Bedouin thieves will be buried Friday at 1:00 P.M. in the Mitzpe Ramon cemetery. Cohen, 32, was married and a father of two.

Two Bedouin men aged 19 and 20 ran over and killed Cohen Thursday night. Police suspect that the collision was intentional and that the two decided to ram through a police roadblock that Cohen was manning, at the entrance to Mitzpe Ramon.

The driver reportedly saw the roadblock and accelerated instead of slowing down, plowing into Cohen. As a result of the collision, the Bedouins' car overturned and fell into a drainage ditch. The Arabs were arrested. The two Bedouins were reportedly carrying copper cables they had stolen from Mitzpe Ramon in their car.
