(IsraelNN.com) A Kfar Saba court Sunday morning is set to hear a case in which Hana Gofer of Kedumim, located in Samaria, is suing two police officers for false arrest. She is hoping to create a precedent that policemen must pay compensation for falsely arresting and denying basic freedoms to demonstrators
 
The Woman in Green organization is encouraging people to show public interest in the hearing, which is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. The group also is planning to march Sunday afternoon to the eastern Jerusalem neighborhood of Jabal Mukhaber, home to the terrorist who gunned down eight yeshiva students last Thursday night and wounded several others. The march is intended to encourage the government to destroy the terrorist's home, an action Public Security Minister Avi Dichter has ordered, depending on legal opinions.
