A labor dispute at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange led the management to close the TASE three hours earlier than normal, at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday.

Workers threatened to walk off the job during the trading session.

A statement from the TASE management said the sanctions would make it impossible to carry out the normal fiscal tasks of the trading day, "which would cause serious harm to investors and the capital market."
