The Saudi Arabian Interior Ministry has instructed its citizens to inform the authorities if they receive voice mail messages from the international Al Qaeda terrorist organization.

Al Qaeda deputy leader Ayman Al-Zawahiri has been sending messages to cell phones calling for "contributions to the prisoners and martyrs in Pakistan and Afghanistan."

The Saudi government has demanded citizens report such messages within a week, according to MEMRI.
