French Premier Francois Fillon offered his condolences to President Shimon Peres over the terrorist attack that left seven teens and a young rabbinic student dead and 11 others wounded at a Jerusalem yeshiva last week. Fillon called the attack "horrific" and said Israel's safety is a major concern in France.

The French Premier met with Peres in Paris on Tuesday.
