Israeli authorities allowed 165 trucks to cross into Gaza Monday with humanitarian aid. The Karni, Sufa and Kerem Shalom crossings were opened to allow the trucks to pass. The goods included 48 trucks of wheat and other trucks with toilet paper, fruit, dairy products, meat, diapers, medicine, cooking products and food. Egypt donated nine trucks of sugar and four trucks of rice, among other food supplies.
Authorities also announced that Christians in Judea and Samaria will be allowed to enter the rest of Israel for family visits and religious ceremonies towards the Easter holiday. Permits also will be granted to 500 children in Gaza to visit in Israel.
