Five Arab residents of Jerusalem, some of them minors, were arrested on Friday in connection with a rock attack on Monday of last week.  Police announced the arrest on Monday. 

The five are suspected of stoning a Jewish man near the Tomb of Shimon the Righteous (Kever Shimon HaTzaddik).  The man was wounded in the attack and required medical care in a local hospital.

Following their arrest, the five admitted that they had planned to throw Molotov cocktails at Jews in the same location later on Friday.  Four of the five remain in police custody.  A judge released a 15-year-old attacker to house arrest due to his age.
