IDF soldiers confiscated 70 liters of bomb-making materials near Kalkilya on Sunday.  The materials included 40 liters of sulfuric acid and 30 liters of nitric acid. 

Sulfuric acid, nitric acid, and several other chemicals are forbidden in Judea and Samaria due to their common use in the manufacture of explosives.  The Civil Administration recently printed booklets for IDF use explaining to soldiers which materials are forbidden and should be confiscated.
