(IsraelNN.com) The IDF eliminated six Islamic Jihad terrorists Thursday in three separate pinpoint operations. Four terrorists were killed as they tried to plant a bomb at the separating barrier, near the same area where a land mine killed one soldier and seriously wounded another earlier in the day.

Two Air Force strikes killed two other terrorists, at least one of whom belonged to Islamic Jihad. During the evening, terrorist rockets again struck Sderot, causing moderate wounds to one man who was home when the missile exploded. Three passersby suffered light injuries, and others were treated for shock.

Another Kassam rocket strike damaged an empty house after exploding next to a balloon of cooking gas, and another rocket hit a house, causing damage but no injuries.
