A memorial will be held on Sunday for the 35 victims of an attack on an Egged bus in March of 1978. Seventy-one people were wounded in the attack, which became known as the “Autobus HaDamim” or “Blood-bathed Bus” massacre.
Several government officials will take part in the ceremony, including Minister Yitzchak Herzog. The ceremony will take place next to Glilot Junction, where a monument has been built in memory of the victims.
