Minister of Industry, Trade, and Labor Eli Yishai, the head of the Shas party, visited the town of Netiv HaAsarah on Thursday.  The town is located a short distance north of Gaza, and has suffered frequent rocket attacks in recent years.

Yishai discussed Israel’s options in fighting Gaza terror groups, and said a ground incursion should be the last option.  Israel should first try telling Gaza civilians in areas used to launch rockets to evacuate and then bomb the areas, he said.  A ground operation could be necessary eventually, he said, “but we must exhaust all other options first.”
