(IsraelNN.com) Egypt began talks with Hamas and Islamic Jihad on Thursday about a ceasefire between the groups and Israel.
The terrorist organizations are meeting in El Arish. Khader Habib, an Islamic Jihad terrorist, said the group sent a team to the Egyptian city for "talks about calm".
Meanwhile Egyptian security sources say they are constructing a cement wall along the Gaza border.
