Authorities in New York City have confirmed that the small blast at a Times Square recruitment station shortly before dawn Thursday was set off by terrorists. Police found a second bomb before it was detonated. No one was injured, and damage was minor. The bomb blast shattered glass at the entrance.
"If it is something that is directed toward American troops, then it is something that is taken very seriously and is pretty unfortunate," said Captain Charlie Jaquillard, the commander of U.S. Army recruiting operations in Manhattan.
