Two Escape Lower Galilee Prison, One Caught

(IsraelNN.com) Two prisoners escaped from the Hermon prison in the lower Galilee Tuesday morning. Only one has been caught.
The prisoners managed to climb one of the facility's walls and evade detection. It was only noticed that they were gone during morning roll-call.
Police are searching for the second criminal.
