(IsraelNN.com) Former Strategic Affairs Minister Avigdor Lieberman said Thursday morning, "If it were up to me, I would level every Hamas building and not leave one of them standing." He told Voice of Israel government radio that the government must act instead of talking in order to destroy the will of terrorists.

He also charged that tax revenue transferred monthly by Israel to the Palestinian Authority (PA) is going to Hamas. Lieberman, who is chairman of Israel Is Our Home (Yisrael Beiteinu), said that the Fatah-led PA funnels money to Hamas to stay on good relations with the rival terrorist faction.

The minister also asked Voice of Israel government radio to re-broadcast the threat made by then-Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz, who said before the expulsion of Jews and the withdrawal of the IDF from Gaza that Israel would retaliate harshly "if even one rocket is fired."
