Border Guard policemen arrested 200 Arabs from Judea and Samaria who were found without work permits in urban Israeli centers. They were returned to their homes. Police also arrested four of their employers and three men who helped transport the workers. Authorities arrested seven Arabs wanted by intelligence officials and discovered several stolen vehicles.
