Police are seeking the public’s help in locating six-month-old Ily Kusyev, who was kidnapped by her mother on Wednesday. Twenty-year-old Liza Kusyev took her daughter from daycare for a 30-minute visit and did not return, in violation of a court order.
Police said the baby suffers from health problems that require medical surveillance and treatment. Anyone who has information regarding the location of Ily or Liza Kusyev is asked to call 04-864-8811, or to dial 100 for the nearest police station.
