MK Benizri Receives Mystery Powder; Offices Evacuated
(IsraelNN.com) A parliamentary aide working for MK Shlomo Benizri (Shas) opened a letter addressed to the MK on Wednesday and discovered a mysterious substance. Shortly afterwards, the aide felt ill and required medical treatment.
Knesset security officials feared that the substance sent to Benizri may have been poisonous. They evacuated the first floor and began investigating the incident.
