One man was killed in a rocket attack in the Shaar HaNegev region on Wednesday afternoon, according to YeshaNews.  The victim, who was approximately 40 years old, suffered serious shrapnel wounds to his chest and died shortly afterwards.  A 20-year-old man suffered moderate injuries in the attack.

Gaza terrorists continued to fire a heavy barrage of rockets at Israeli towns in the western Negev on Wednesday afternoon.  At least 25 rockets have landed in the area since the attacks began.  Most of the rockets landed in or near Sderot.
