Two tourists were hospitalized after drinking an unidentified beverage in an Arab neighborhood in Jerusalem.

The tourists went into a pub in the area after touring with their group and drank an unidentified beverage they purchased. One of the tourists lost consiousness soon after, while the group was on its way north to Tiberias. He is hospitalized and in serious condition in Tiberias's Poriya Hospital. A second member of the tour group is in moderate condition after drinking the same beverage.

Jerusalem police have launched an investigation into the matter.
