(IsraelNN.com) Palestinian Authority (PA) education minister Ibrahim Al-Abrash and a top official on prisoners' affairs have submitted their resignations out of frustration with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas's stumbling negotiations with Israel. Al-Abrash said he is quitting because he sees no signs of a settlement with Israel.
