El Al Airlines announced a 3.5 percent increase in ticket prices on Tuesday. Spokesmen attributed the raise to the decreasing value of the United States dollar and the increasing price of flights due to an increase in the price of oil.
The price increase will go into effect at the end of February. Tickets will be sold at their current price for the rest of the month.
