"In the near future, we will witness the destruction of the cancerous existence of Israel by the powerful and competent hands of the Hizbullah combatants," wrote Mohammad Ali Jafari, head of the Revolutionary Guards, in a letter to Hizbullah leader Hassan Nasrallah.

Nasrallah last week vowed to seek revenge for the death of terrorist mastermind Imad Mughinyeh. Hizbullah has blamed Israel for the attack.
