The Al-Aksa Institute, a Muslim group affiliated with the Islamic Movement in Israel announced Friday that a patch of ground measuring approximately three square meters had collapsed on the Temple Mount.  The collapse was caused by Israeli activities in the area, the group charged.

Institute officials claimed that Arabs living near the site had heard the sound of heavy machinery under their houses, and that the machinery had caused cracks in the walls of several buildings.  The group accused Israel of attempting to cause the collapse of the Al-Aksa mosque, located on the Temple Mount, in order to rebuild the Temple on its ruins.
