The IDF put the Arab city of Tulkarem in Samaria under a partial closure, beginning on Thursday, following an intelligence alert. Cars are not allowed in and out of the city and there is a large military presence outside it.
People trying to get into Tulkarem have to wait in line and undergo strict security checks.
