Soldiers Seize Chemicals in Samaria

IDF spokesman announced Thursday that soldiers had confiscated 800 kilograms of Potassium Nitrate.  The material in question is used to make bombs and rockets, and is banned in Palestinian Authority areas.



The material was found in a truck with Israeli license plates at a crossing south of Kalkilya.  The incident took place on January 16, but was not made public for several days for security reasons.
