One person is in very critical condition and 17 others suffered light injuries, mostly as a result of shock, in the suicide bombing in Dimona Monday morning. The critically injured person is being operated on at this moment, and doctors described the victim's condition as life-threatening.

One Dimona resident died in the attack, but her identity has not been announced. The suicide bomber also was killed in the blast, and a policeman shot and killed a second terrorist before he could set off his explosive charge.
