The satellite that Israel launched in India two weeks ago has begun transmitting high quality images, according to Israel Aircraft Industries (IAI) director Yitzchak Nitzan. IAI has said that the launch represented a tremendous technological development.
The satellite, called TECSAR, is a joint project with India and was launched January 21. Its orbit around the Earth provides Israel with intelligence information.
