Hamas leaders welcomed the Winograd Report Thursday, saying the report "proves" Israel's fragility and claiming Israel's political and military leadership are little more than straw leaders.

According to the report on Voice of Israel government radio, the Hamas spokesman also called for continued terror attacks against Israeli civilians.
