British Airline to Offer Cut-Rate Flights to Israel

British cut-rate airline BMI has announced it will begin service between Tel Aviv and London starting March 13.

The move is the latest expansion in the profitable Israel-England air circuit. National carriers El Al and British Airways have connected Ben Gurion Aiport with London's Heathrow and Gatwick terminals for decades, and discount airline ThomsonFly began flights from Tel Aviv to London Luton airport and to Manchester last year.

Round trip tickets on BMI will start at £243.60, or approximately NIS 1,750.
