Hizbullah reacted to the Winograd Commission's report on the Second Lebanon War Wednesday, and said it proved that Israel had suffered a defeat at its hands.
"The report only shows what Hizbullah has known for a long time: Israel failed completely in realizing its goals and the Israeli army was defeated," the organization announced, according to the French News Agency.
