The female Border Police officer who was wounded in the shooting attack on a Shuafat checkpoint Thursday night is in moderate to serious condition and undergoing surgery, according to Hadassah Ein Karem Hospital Director Prof. Yuval Weiss.

Weiss told Voice of Israel government radio that she was wounded in the chest, arm and neck.

The instructors injured in the attack at Mekor Chayim High School in Kfar Etzion are hospitalized in light condition and one of them is expected to be sent home later Friday, Weiss said.
