Billionaire Arcady Gaydamak plans on buying properties owned by the Labor Party for use by his new political party.

Labor is forced to sell the properties due to heavy debts accrued totalling about 120 millions shekels.

The properties will serve Gaydamak's goal of competing in at least 70 municipal elections.
