Dr. David Wurmser of the Delphi Global Analysis Group, a Former Senior Advisor for Middle East and Strategic Affairs to US Vice President Dick Cheney, says that there is little truth to claims by Israeli leaders that they are being presured by the US to make concessions in negotiations with the Arabs.

"I find it hard to believe that this president would ask Israel to do something it really did not want to do," Wurmser told the Herzliya Conference Tuesday.

He implied that parties involved in Israeli politics may choose to give the impression of being pressured by the US rather than give take responsibility themselves.
