Israel restored fuel to the Gaza region Tuesday as Kassam rockets continued to batter Jewish communities in the western Negev.

Israel reduced fuel supply to Gaza over the weekend in response to ongoing missile attacks, but Foreign Ministry officials said the reduction was not enough to generate a humanitarian crisis.  They also pointed out that Hamas terrorists choose to divert available fuel to the organization's rocket manufacturing industry, rather than attending to civilian needs.
