Last week, a man from northern Israel won the first prize in the Mifal Hapayis Israel National Lottery's Lotto game – for the second time in six months, according to Globes online business magazine. The unidentified man won a NIS 10 million (approximately $2.7 million) prize in June 2007, and a NIS 18 million prize (approximately $4.86 million) on January 16th.
